Rear Loft Conversion Southsea
The project
We undertook this full house refurb converting it from a 4 bedroom to 6 bedroom house by adding on a loft conversion. The house is located in a conservation area so this was a considerate build. We reconditioned all the brickwork and did traditional weather strap pointing. All the concrete roof tiles were removed and replaced with real traditional slate.
